Word for the day….the old man of the forest


orangutan-1Recently I learned a little bit about the orangutan, which means “old man of the forest” or “person of the forest” in Bahasa (the language of Malaysia and Indonesia). They have an arm span of over 7 feet wide, which is longer than they are tall! For more info on this interesting animal:
